Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

We are based in Malvern, Worcestershire, and we have shops in six locations across the region including Worcester, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Hereford and Kidderminster. We cover the wider areas of Worcestershire and Herefordshire, so if you are not sure whether we come to you, just give us a call and we will let you know.

Do you offer a free home visit?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a free, no obligation home visit where one of our team will come to you, take accurate measurements, bring samples and talk through all the options. There is no pressure and no charge for the visit itself.

Do I need to visit a shop or can you come to me?

Both options are available. You are very welcome to come into any of our shops to browse samples and chat with our team. Equally, we are happy to come to your home at a time that suits you. Most of our customers find the home visit works best as it allows you to see the samples in your own light and against your existing decor.

Are your blinds and flooring made to measure?

Yes. Everything we supply is made to measure for your exact windows or room dimensions. We take all measurements ourselves during your home visit, so you do not need to worry about getting them right.

How long does it take from ordering to fitting?

Lead times vary depending on the product, but most of our blinds are typically ready to fit within one to two weeks of ordering. Shutters take a little longer as they are a bespoke product. Flooring and carpets are usually arranged within a similar timeframe. We will always give you a clear indication of timescales when you place your order.

Do you fit everything yourselves?

Yes. We do not use subcontractors or agency fitters. Our own experienced team handles all installations, which means you get a consistent, high quality result and a team that is fully accountable to us and to you.

How much do your blinds cost?

Prices vary depending on the product type, fabric, size and finish you choose. We cater for a range of budgets and will always work with you to find the best option for your situation. The best way to get an accurate price is to arrange a free home visit so we can measure up and give you a proper quote.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Whether you need a single blind for one window or a complete flooring solution for your whole house, we are happy to help. We treat every customer and every order with the same level of care and attention.

Can I see samples before I order?

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Our team brings a wide selection of samples to every home visit so you can see exactly how things look in your own space. Colours and textures can look very different in a showroom compared to your own home, so seeing them in situ always helps.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

We stand behind everything we supply and fit. If something is not right, get in touch and we will sort it out. As a local, family run business our reputation matters enormously to us and we will always do what it takes to make sure you are happy with the end result.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

Yes. Our products come with manufacturer guarantees and we back our fitting work fully. If you have any concerns after installation, just give us a call and we will come back to take a look.

Are your blinds child safe?

Yes. We comply fully with current UK child safety regulations. We offer a range of cordless and wand operated blinds where appropriate, and our team will always discuss child safety options with you, particularly for rooms used by young children.

Can you fit blinds to awkward or unusually shaped windows?

Yes, this is something we deal with regularly. Bay windows, roof windows, skylights, arched windows and other non standard shapes are all something we have plenty of experience with. During your home visit we will assess the window and recommend the best solution.

Do you supply and fit roof blinds for Velux windows?

Yes. We supply and fit made to measure roof blinds for Velux and other branded skylight windows, as well as pleated blinds for conservatory roofs. We will measure your windows precisely and recommend the most suitable fabric for your situation.

Do you offer motorised blinds?

Yes, motorised options are available across a number of our product ranges. Whether you have roof windows that are difficult to reach or simply prefer the convenience of remote or smart control, speak to our team and we will talk through what is possible.

Can you help with a whole house?

Absolutely. We are very happy to work through a property room by room, whether that is a new build, a renovation or simply a refresh. Many of our customers come back to us each time they redecorate and we are always glad to help at whatever stage you are at.

Do you work with landlords and rental properties?

Yes. We work with private landlords and letting agents across the region, supplying practical, durable and competitively priced blinds, carpets and flooring for rental properties. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to help.

Can I get a quote over the phone or online?

We can give you a general idea of pricing over the phone, but to provide an accurate quote we do need to visit and measure your windows or rooms. This is always free and there is no obligation to go ahead, so it is always worth booking a visit before making a decision.

Do your blinds help with energy efficiency?

Yes. Several of our products can help with thermal efficiency in the home. Thermal lined Roman blinds, certain roller blind fabrics and plantation shutters all add a layer of insulation at the window, helping to retain heat in winter and keep rooms cooler in summer.

What types of flooring do you supply and fit?

We supply and fit a full range of flooring including vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, engineered wood, parquet and carpets. We also offer a professional floor sanding and restoration service for existing solid wood and parquet floors.

Is your flooring suitable for underfloor heating?

Many of our flooring products are compatible with underfloor heating, including LVT and engineered wood. We will always check compatibility and advise you accordingly during your home visit to make sure you choose a product that works with your existing setup.

Can you restore my existing wooden floor rather than replace it?

Yes. Our floor sanding and restoration service can transform tired, scratched or worn solid wood and parquet floors back into something beautiful. It is often significantly more cost effective than replacing the floor entirely and the results can be remarkable. Get in touch to arrange a visit and we will give you an honest assessment.

How do I clean and maintain my blinds?

It depends on the product. Most fabric blinds benefit from occasional light dusting or gentle vacuuming. Aluminium and faux wood venetians can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. We will always give you specific care advice for whichever product you choose so you can keep it looking its best for as long as possible.
